Velma B. Hall Hussey, a homemaker, died April 7 at her daughter's home. She was 92.
Mrs. Hussey was born in Hattiesburg, Miss., and lived in Metairie for the past 26 years. She was a member of Unity Church of Metairie.
Survivors include two sons, George Owen Hussey of Vienna, Va., and Joseph McElroy Hussey Jr. of Sorrento, Fla.; three daughters, Kathleen Hendrix of Little Rock, Ark., Judith Wasserman of Nashville, Tenn., and Betty Jo Carroll; a sister, Anna Ruth Faile of Buna, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial was in Garden of Memories. Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
