Family record shows Jessie and Nannie's marriage date as Oct 5, 1891. An image of the actual marriage license shows Oct 6, 1892.
Judging by the handwriting, the family record appears to be written by Vonnie Louise Raines. There are multiple mistakes concerning dates.
Nancy's middle name was taken from the death certificate (image) of her daughter, Lillian. Lillian's mother's name is given as 'Elizabeth Barlow'. The informant was Jessie N Raines. It is possible, however, that Jessie gave the name of Nannie's mother instead of Lillian's. He also gave a birthplace of Illinois, which is, I believe, not correct for Nannie.
