Family record (below) and 1900 census image show month of birth as December. Cemetery record (transcription) shows November. Year of death from family record is 1913. Cemetery record and death certificate (image) have 1916. Death certificate has an obviously incorrect birth year--it looks like Apr 7, 1916, but it could be Nov 7, 1916 (age is 20 yrs, 8 mos. 24 days). The informant on the death certificate was Lillian's father, Jessie N Raines. I've gone with Nov 7, 1895 for birth because of the exact age given. Death date and burial are from the death certificate image.
