Notes
It is possible that Mary Louise and Josephine are the same person. The 1900 census shows Caroline as having five children, with five living. Josephine is in the Orleans Parish birth index, born 1883, but I've found her nowhere else. Louise is listed as Caroline's daughter in the 1900 census, born 1881. Mary Louise is in the Louisiana Biography and Obituary Index as Mary Louise Eiffert Rogers, wife of Robert, born abt 1883, and also as Adine's sister (Mrs Robert Rogers) in Adine Eiffert's obituary.
Caroline's last name could be spelled Rednaur. Other spellings are Redenhauer, Rednauer, and Redman.
Caroline's birthplace is listed as Germany in some places and Louisiana in others.

EIFFERT-FORSCHLER--On Friday, Nov. 12, 1909, at 5:30 o'clock a.m., CAROLINA REDMAN, the widow of Fred Eiffert and Geo. Forschler, aged 61 years, a native of New Orleans. The relatives, friends and acquaintances of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place Saturday, Nov. 13, at 3:30 o'clock p.m., from the residence of her son, Charles Eiffert, No. 616 Elmira Street. Interment in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery.
